sensitive
If you say that someone es una persona muy sensible, you’re not saying how sensible they are. Instead, you’re commenting on their sensitivity.
Sensible can be used to refer to people, living things and materials which are sensitive in some kind of way. A is the preposition you use to refer to what objects and people are sensitive to.

La grasa del vientre es muy sensible a hormonas del estrés.
The fat in the stomach is very sensitive to stress hormones.
