It also refers to the female breast or bust:

She’s got a big bust.
A phrase you may come across quite often is tomarse algo a pecho, to take something to heart. Notice that you use the reflexive tomarse.
Se ha tomado demasiado a pecho sus deberes.
She’s taken her duties too much to heart.
