nunca, adverb:
ever
Nunca can convey both never and ever.
No lo he visto nunca.
I’ve never seen it.
In phrases such as the next one, it translates as ever:
Ninguno de nosotros había esquiado nunca.
None of us had ever skied before.
It also translates as ever in questions — often rhetorical.
¿Se vio nunca tal cosa?
Did you ever see such a thing?
And in sentences involving más or menos and a comparison:
Esta más guapo que nunca.
He’s more handsome than ever.
Trabaja menos que nunca.
He’s working less than ever.
