moral, noun:
morale; morals
La moral can refer to two rather different things. One of its meanings is your morale, how you feel. It’s often used in the phrase levantar la moral:
Intentó subirle la moral al equipo.
He tried to lift the team’s spirits, or boost the team’s morale.
If you’re feeling a bit low, you can say:
Estoy bajo de moral.
I’m feeling a bit low.
The other meaning of la moral is morality, or morals.
No tienen moral.
They have no morals.
