nervios, plural noun:
nerves

In English and Spanish, things can get on your nerves. Notice the structure of the phrase poner a alguien de los nervios.

¿Qué le pone de los nervios?
What gets on your nerves?

Me ponía de los nervios tener que estar limpiando continuamente.
Having to clean up all the time used to get on my nerves.

You can also describe yourself as having your nerves on edge, with the phrase estar de los nervios:

Con tanto rumor, estoy de los nervios.
What with all this noise, my nerves are on edge.
