Sometimes Spanish associates in a single word things that English views as rather different. So, a man’s mustache and cats’ whiskers are both el bigote. You can use either tener or llevar for to have, and you don’t use the article.
Lleva or Tiene bigote.
He has a mustache.
To describe someone who has a mustache, you add the suffix -udo to bigote and create an adjective, bigotudo.
un señor bigotudo
a man with a mustache, a mustachioed man
