mediado, adjective:
halfway through
You use mediado before the noun it describes:
mediada la primera parte
halfway through the first part
No se esperan beneficios hasta mediado el siglo próximo.
The benefits are not expected until halfway through next century.
It’s most often used in the phrase a mediados de in the middle of, to talk about time periods:
a mediados del verano
halfway through the summer
desde mediados de octubre hasta finales de 2007
from halfway through October till the end of 2007
