molestar, verb:
to bother, to annoy
If something bothers or annoys you, you can use the verb molestar.
¿Te molesta el humo?
Is the smoke bothering you?
Me molesta su actitud.
His attitude annoys me.
If an action that someone does bothers or annoys you, you use molestar followed by que and then the subjunctive.
Me molesta que no me lo hayas* dicho antes.
I’m annoyed that you didn’t tell me sooner.
